Exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the hairstylist.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our booking and deposit policy. By following these guidelines, you help us provide a high-quality experience for all clients. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
Booking Policy:
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, whether online, socials or via phone.
• Please provide accurate information about the desired service, date, and time when booking.
• To secure your preferred appointment slot, it is recommended to book in advance, especially for peak times. We are often booked up 2-3 weeks in advance.
Deposits:
• Deposits can be paid in person, via credit/debit card, or through an online payment platform, as specified by us.
• Your appointment will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• The 50% deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
• Deposits are 50% of the service booked and are non-refundable in case of cancellations within 72 hours , last minute rescheduling, or no-shows.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
• The deposit will be forfeited and the full service charged for appointments cancelled without proper notice or for or no-shows
• If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time slot. However, the service may be adjusted accordingly.
• If your desired service requires more time than initially scheduled, additional charges may apply.
